Payment & invoices

  • Pricing is in INR and includes platform fees.
  • GST invoice is available; details can be added during checkout.

Refund policy (high level)

  • Reports involve analyst time; refunds are limited once work begins.
  • If payment is captured but onboarding hasn’t started, cancellation is usually possible.
  • Edge cases (duplicate payment, technical errors) are always corrected.

No. Each report is a one-time purchase with access for the validity period mentioned in your dashboard.

From when is the 72-hour clock counted?

The 72-hour standard delivery window starts after you submit your onboarding form. We usually move faster once your assessment and mock interview are complete.

What if I’m unhappy with the report?

You can write to us from inside your dashboard. In most cases we’ll review the reasoning, clarify assumptions or adjust if we’ve clearly missed important information.

Can I reuse the report for multiple roles?

Reports are designed around a specific role, level and location. If these change significantly, we recommend a fresh report to stay accurate.

Do employers pay for individual reports?

Individual reports are usually purchased by candidates. Employer projects are scoped and priced separately and can include team-wide insights.
