Is this really free?

Yes. There is no charge for Founder’s Batch members for the defined 3-month access window. After that, you can choose whether you want to continue as a paying user like everyone else.

How many people will be selected?

We are capping this at 100 people. Once the slots are filled and participants are onboarded, this cohort will be closed.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Every Founder’s Batch participant who completes the full journey and feedback process will receive an official NesaWorks Founder’s Batch Certificate. This specific certificate will never be issued again in future.

Do I need to be from a specific city or college?

No. We’re intentionally looking for diversity — different cities, colleges, companies, roles and backgrounds.

Will my data be kept private?

Yes. Your personal details and salary information are private. We may use anonymised, aggregated insights to improve salary ranges and patterns — but never with your name attached.
