Hello

I started NesaWorks because most people in India don’t have a clear, independent view of their salary worth. Offers feel random. Appraisals feel political. Job switches feel like guesswork. And almost everyone overestimates their negotiation skills — until they’re in front of a hiring manager.

Our aim is simple: give people a calm, evidence-backed view of what they deserve, and the exact words to ask for it. Not hype. Not outrage. Not “manifest it” advice. Just clean salary intelligence — built from assessments, mock interviews and real hiring patterns.

If we do our job well, underpayment becomes harder to hide. People feel more confident asking for what they deserve. And employers have better data to design fair bands instead of relying on gut, hearsay or low-ball market whispers.

How NesaWorks evolved into a salary intelligence ecosystem

2023 — Scripts & salary worksheets. Early users received simple negotiation scripts and spreadsheets to sanity-check offers.

2024 — First reports & mock interviews. We launched one-to-one mock interviews and the first version of the Salary Worthiness Report.

2025 — Salary Intelligence ecosystem. NesaWorks expanded into two flagship reports, Gift-a-Boost, college bundles and employer salary solutions — all delivered through a structured dashboard.
